Freedom of Movement

Freedom to do anything you want, when and for however long you want, where you want, with whoever you want, for any reason you have, without hesitation and limits.

This freedom starts with a solid foundation of your current fitness and the relentless and constant pursuit of improving your overall health.

The more cardiovascular and respiratory capacity, stamina, flexibility, and strength you have, and the more power and speed you can output, as well as being well-coordinated, agile, balanced, and able to demonstrate accuracy on demand, means you have more freedom of movement. Chasing better quality of those general physical skills will result in you not only improving your overall fitness and health, but also stripping away any physical limits that might stop you from doing anything that you want to do.

As much as this freedom can be obtained through disciplined and concentrated efforts over time, this freedom can be stripped away and lost through undisciplined and unfocused actions taken over an even shorter amount of time.

Having an expert guide and a supportive, like-minded team around everyday to help you make those disciplined and concentrated efforts over time are major keys to declaring, fighting for, and sustaining freedom of movement.

You decide who you want your guide and team to be. You decide who will lift you up in your life to freedom, or who will drag you down to slavery at the hands of the medical-pharmaceutical-insurance-big-food-big-sugar-big-soda-industrial complex.

At the drop of a hat, to go play with your (grand)kids on the playground or the beach for hours on end, or summit the tallest peaks in the world, or even dominate your age-group competitors in triathlon are only just three examples of infinite possibilities of having freedom of movement.

What are you capable of doing now, and what else would you be able to do in the (near) future if you were more free to move?

Let us find out together.
