Congratulations to everyone at Audacious CrossFit!

Our 10 Weeks of CrossFit Training from 1/8/24 to 3/15/24 resulted in improvements in our overall fitness and health.

We had 39 Individual Category Level Up’s (compared to 25 in Fall 2023) among 8 of us (who had established Overall Fitness Levels) who took part in the Assessments this go around.

That is an average of 4.875 Individual Category Level Ups per person (compared to 4.17 in our Fall 2023 Assessments).
