Freedom of Thought

Freedom of Thought

On the heels of Independence Day, we consider De Oppresso Liber. This is Latin for "from (being) an oppressed man, (to being) a free one." Wikipedia - "De Oppresso Liber”

This is the motto of the United States Army Special Forces. The United States Army Special Forces are “a special operations force of the United States Army that are designed to deploy and execute nine doctrinal missions: unconventional warfare, foreign internal defense, direct action, counter-insurgency, special reconnaissance, counter-terrorism, information operations, counterproliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and security force assistance. The first two missions, unconventional warfare and foreign internal defenses, emphasize language, cultural, and training skills in working with foreign troops.” Wikipedia - United States Army Special Forces

Similar to what these Army soldiers do, providing the assistance to others to become free, we are doing the same for others in our community.

We are helping others become free in the aspect of being independent of entities that seek to profit off of controlling and harming our minds and bodies.

With guidance, by focusing on and working towards freedom of nutrition, freedom from pain and disease, and freedom of movement, then one can more likely achieve freedom of thought.

If our minds are not clouded and disrupted by the effects of ingesting and being exposed to what essentially are poisons (processed and simple carbohydrates, trans fats, plastics, phthalates, as just a few examples), then we can make better decisions for ourselves and others we care deeply about.

IMA has planted a flag here in Boise, as a kind of Forward Operating Base or Firebase, much like what the United States Army Special Forces teams establish while working by, with, and through the local populace conducting unconventional warfare and foreign internal defense.

We not only conduct unconventional training, by teaching and providing training and practice opportunities for proper nutrition and movement here at IMA, but we also conduct domestic internal defense, empowering our community to liberate themselves from our oppressors.

IMA conducts unconventional (although becoming more conventional/mainstream as of late) strength and conditioning practice and training, and nutrition practices in order to educate and empower the local Treasure Valley population. A more educated, empowered, and capable population means a less oppressed population by the Big Pharma, Big Soda and Sugar, Processed Food, Medical-Industrial Complex, and even Mainstream Media as an accomplice.

The systematic, widespread, and intentional misinformation, miseducation, and continued spread of propaganda supporting the profit-driven aims of transnational corporations and their shareholders of the above stated Complex is one part of this oppression that we are liberating others’ minds and bodies from. The second part of this oppression is the physical manifestation of chronic preventable diseases and addictions.

Liberating minds to exercise true freedom of thought allow for us all to make better decisions for ourselves, our family and friends, neighborhood, city, county, state, country, and the world and the environment.

Continuing our efforts to learn, practice, and train proper nutrition and movement here at IMA is key in protecting and exercising one of, if not the most important freedom: of thought.

Strive to live free and enjoy the four freedoms we fight for everyday.

We hope you join us.
